Analytics and Development Manager

LTS DT is a leading Medical Device company that develops and manufactures innovative drug delivery systems.

About the role 

We are looking for an excellent Advanced Analytics Manager to join our team in Israel.

The position is permanent, full time, hybrid.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute complex technical investigations involving multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, hardware, software, material, and device-related aspects).
• Provide analytical and technical support to design & development projects throughout the product lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary expert for mechanical aspects support, including root cause analysis and performance optimization.
• Lead and drive design improvements based on data-driven insights and investigation outcomes.
• Design and oversee advanced characterization studies (material, mechanical, functional, and performance characterization).
• Provide leadership to analytical and engineering professionals, including mentoring, prioritization, and performance oversight.

Direct Manager: VP System

Job Requirements:

• Education: Sc. in Physics / Mechanics / Bio-medical engineering (Chemistry / material field is irrelevant!)
• Job skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex, multidisciplinary industrial environments (mandatory).
• Proven track record in solving deep, non-trivial technical problems.
• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience, including leading technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Computer skills: Full control of all MS-Office applications
• Language skills: Fluent English - written and spoken
