We are seeking an experienced Marketing Team Lead to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This role involves leading a professional team, managing ongoing activities and projects, and driving performance, collaboration, and operational excellence across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team in day-to-day activities and ongoing projects
- Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational processes
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives and team performance
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
- Manage priorities, resources, and timelines in a high-paced environment
- Support strategic initiatives and contribute to process scalability and efficiency
- Foster a proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital activities, or growth-oriented roles
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team or managing team activities
- High level of ownership, accountability, and execution capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English - written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
