Role Overview:

We are looking for a visionary, business-minded Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology organization into its next phase of hyper-growth. As a fast-paced, high-volume B2C/E-commerce platform, our success relies on delivering seamless, cutting-edge consumer experiences at scale.

You will be responsible for driving the adoption of next-generation technologies, fostering a culture of high-velocity delivery, and aligning our tech stack to fuel revenue and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business & Tech Strategy: Align the technology roadmap with business KPIs, revenue goals, and consumer growth strategies.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Foster a culture of high performance, ownership, and rapid delivery in a dynamic environment.
• Innovation & Delivery: Evaluate and introduce next-gen technologies (AI, advanced personalization) with a strong focus on fast time-to-market and flawless deployment.
• Architecture & Scale: Oversee a scalable platform architecture capable of handling massive traffic spikes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years in senior tech management experience (e.g., Director of Engineering, R&D Manager) within high-volume E-commerce or B2C platforms
• Cloud Expertise (Must-Have): Proven Hands-On (HO) experience in cloud development and modern architecture (AWS/GCP).
• Team Management: Track record of managing, inspiring, and scaling engineering teams in high-velocity environments.
• Business Mindset: Strong understanding of e-commerce funnel optimization, conversion rates, and data-driven decision-making.
• Delivery-Oriented: Exceptional execution skills, with a reputation for launching complex products under tight deadlines.
