About the Role

An excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to launch their careers in a role that combines operations, control, and client service with direct exposure to M&A transactions in Israel’s high-tech market

Capital’s professional department manages M&A transactions, including transaction payments, tax withholding processes, and shareholder services.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor operational processes, including funds held in escrow accounts and fee collection.
• Review and process transaction documents while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with shareholders, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update internal systems while ensuring data accuracy.
• Provide professional support throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree - required.
• Degree in Economics / Business Administration / Law - an advantage.
• Strong English proficiency – required.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in operations / control / client service roles - an advantage.
