We are recruiting a Lead Hardware Engineer for the defense industry in the Shfela region.

Responsibilities:

Work with advanced avionics systems
Lead hardware development and integration processes
Define hardware architecture for electronic boards and units
Write specifications and Statements of Work (SOW)
Lead design reviews, manage work plans, and perform system integration and testing with software, firmware, mechanics, and system engineering teams

Requirements:

8 years of experience in hardware development and integration of electronic boards and units
Experience designing and leading hardware architecture in complex projects
Experience working with hardware interfaces such as: SPI, I2C, ETH, RS-422, 1553
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Experience working with CPU and/or FPGA components – advantage
