Junior Engineer

Reports to: Head of Data / CTO

SGTECH builds secure, scalable infrastructure for industrial AI systems deployed in biogas plants. Our platform connects real-world operations with cloud-based intelligence.

·      Secure real industrial (OT) environments connected to the cloud

·      Work on remote plant connectivity and multi-site infrastructure

·      Play a key role in ISO 27001 and NIS2 compliance

·      Design security architecture from early-stage to scale

You will design and implement security across OT environments, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines, ensuring safe and scalable operations.

·      Design secure architectures for IT, OT, and cloud environments

·      Safe Code Reviews

·      Secure Company LLM

·      Secure remote access to industrial sites

·      Secure APIs and data pipelines

·      Lead or support ISO 27001 / NIS2 compliance

·      Conduct risk assessments and coordinate security audits

·      Implement IAM and Zero Trust security principles

·      3–5 years experience in Cybersecurity

·      Experience with cloud security (Azure or AWS)

·      Strong understanding of IAM, network security, and threat modeling

·      Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar frameworks

·      Experience in OT or industrial cybersecurity

·      Knowledge of IoT security and secure remote connectivity

·      Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture and API security

You will secure critical industrial infrastructure, protect data pipelines, and build the foundation for SGTECH’s scalable platform.
