Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Founding Engineer. As a key member of our founding team, you will lead the design, development, and scaling of our digital platform. Your responsibilities include architecting software solutions, writing and reviewing clean code, collaborating with founders, board members, and industry consultants, and ensuring overall system reliability and performance. As a founding team member, you will also influence our technical strategy, contribute to agile workflows, and drive innovation within the product. This is an exciting opportunity to build impactful technology from the ground up while shaping the technical culture of the company.

• Strong experience in multi-agentic systems & frameworks - Building, deploying, and testing.
• Deep understanding of orchestration, managing state, deterministic context routing, handoffs, and memory across multiple asynchronous, specialized AI agents.
• Strong experience in software development and architecture, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or other relevant technologies.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preffered,) and deploying scalable solutions.
• Knowledge in designing and managing databases, APIs, and backend systems.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular for enhancing user interfaces.
• Background in deploying secure, robust systems with an emphasis on user data privacy and protection.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in early-stage startups or a willingness to embrace the entrepreneurial spirit is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of neurodiversity, ASD-focused solutions, or inclusive design is a plus but not required. (Bonus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
