Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Technology Team Leader specializing in Data Infrastructure and Machine Learning. The role includes leading the development of data pipelines, overseeing the integration of machine learning algorithms with grid simulations, and ensuring the reliability of real-time observability systems. Responsibilities also encompass managing a team of engineers, collaborating on cross-departmental projects, and ensuring alignment with company objectives and technological innovations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data engineering, including building and managing scalable data pipelines
• Experience with machine learning, model development, and applying ML in real-time systems
• Knowledge of distributed energy systems, power systems physics, or energy sector technologies
• Strong leadership skills, including team management and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or other tools commonly used in data science and ML
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technology challenges
• Experience with deploying data-driven technologies or solutions in real-world power grid environments is an advantage
• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus)
