About the Role:

• We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with strong experience

building LLM-based systems to lead the core backend architecture of the

product.

• This is a key role with direct impact on scalability, performance, and

production readiness in complex customer environments.

Responsibilities:

• Own backend architecture and technical decision-making, selecting

technologies and building a stable, long-term system.

• Develop complex backend services and APIs in Python and FastAPI.

• Design and integrate infrastructure for LLM-based workflows.

• Build server-side data processing pipelines for text and image workloads

under strict performance and reliability requirements.

• Develop on-premise product capabilities for isolated environments, including

deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.

• Ensure production readiness through monitoring, logging, testing,

troubleshooting, and reliability improvements.

• Collaborate with DevOps and Frontend teams to support complex

deployment scenarios and customer requirements.

• Optimize and manage databases.

• Lead critical initiatives from design through production deployment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of backend development experience in Python, including production

systems.

• Experience in API development FastAPI preferred including versioning

security and backward compatibility.

• Proficiency in Linux, Docker, Git, and service deployment and maintenance.

• Experience working with DBs including schema planning and performance

optimization.

Significant Advantage:

• Experience in building AI or GenAI systems.

• Experience with LLM integration, infrastructure, security, agents, and

model-related workflows.

• Strong algorithmic thinking and ability to apply mathematical knowledge to

optimize computational stages.

• Understanding of backend security principles, including product protection in

• on-premise environments.
