Deputy Dairy Plant Manager

We are looking for a Deputy Dairy Plant Manager to join one of Tnuva’s most advanced and innovative production sites, home to leading dairy brands such as cottage cheese, Yolo and Yoplait

Role Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑organizational processes and multi‑interface projects in coordination with the Plant Manager.
• Manage and monitor operational KPIs.
• Oversee and optimize resource utilization across the plant with a holistic operational view.
• Manage the Production Planning & Control (PPC) function, including responsibility for production planning, capacity control, and synchronization between operational units.
• Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
• Serve as acting Plant Manager during absences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Management – required.
• Master’s degree – advantage.
• Two significant operational management roles in pharma and/or food industries – advantage.
• At least 7 years of experience in senior management roles – required.
• Experience managing a business unit (P&L), including budget responsibility – advantage.
• Familiarity with operational excellence methodologies (LEAN) – advantage.
• Experience in matrix management and leading projects – advantage.
