Data Team Lead

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Data Team Leader with 5+ years of experience to lead and drive initiatives within our Data department. This is a full-time position focused on developing and implementing advanced solutions using cutting-edge platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Data team
• Provide professional and personal guidance to team members, clients, and projects
• Lead presales meetings from a technological perspective
• Define and drive the technological vision, introducing modern technologies and solutions to maintain innovation and relevance
• Deliver professional training courses and workshops

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in the Data domain (BI, Data Engineering)
• Strong combination of technical expertise, sales capabilities, and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Deep understanding of Data architectures, methodologies, and data modeling concepts, including Data Warehouse, Data Lake, ETL / ELT, Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Hands-on experience building Data Pipelines in both Batch and Streaming architectures.
• Strong Python skills with at least 3+ years of experience
• Advanced SQL and ETL development skills
• Experience working with both on-premises and cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience working with AI technologies and modern AI tools (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini), including the use of AI-assisted development tools (Vibe Coding)
• Experience working with Big Data environments and Spark
• Experience working with Enterprise-scale and technology-driven organizations
• Familiarity with infrastructure domains such as IT and DevOps
