We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our elite engineering team at Cherrypick Consulting.
This role is part of a small, high-impact engineering team building systems that directly support hospitals across Israel.
We’re looking for strong, hands-on engineers who can take ownership of complex tasks end-to-end — from infrastructure and backend services to frontend implementation and data workflows.
The team operates in a fast-moving environment with significant autonomy and responsibility, where each engineer plays a central role in shaping production systems with real-world impact.
Tech stack includes AWS, Node.js, React, Terraform, Kubernetes, and modern data engineering workflows.
Ideal candidates are experienced full-stack engineers with strong backend foundations, DevOps capabilities, and the ability to independently drive features and systems from design through production.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of production systems across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and data workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable services using Node.js, React, AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Take independent ownership of features and technical initiatives from architecture through deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate closely within a small, high-performing engineering team delivering mission-critical solutions for healthcare organizations.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and modern full-stack development.
- Proven experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure, Terraform, and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Ability to independently lead and execute complex technical tasks end-to-end with high ownership and accountability.
- Experience building scalable, reliable systems with strong engineering fundamentals and production mindset.
