Chief Technology Officer

Irani Group is Israel’s leading premium retail platform, now expanding across Europe. Our flagship concept, Factory 54, is the country’s defining luxury multi-brand destination - 35 years of heritage, 150+ international brands, 145 stores, and over a million customers in our database.

Our European arm, Arion Retail Group, is headquartered in Amsterdam and built as a multi-brand retail platform for the continent. Lululemon is the first brand to scale on it - a franchise spanning six countries today, with aggressive targets of 10 markets by the end of 2026 and 14 by 2027.

Today, fashion companies are technology companies. We are replacing our core systems with advanced platforms, building an AI-ready data foundation across the group, and launching F54 AI Labs - an in-house product company building the next generation of AI-powered fashion experiences, with the potential to spin out as an independent technology business.

We are not looking for a technology executive to keep the lights on. We are looking for the person who will define what we become.

The Role

The Chief Technology Officer is a true C-level partner to the CEO, accountable for three strategic mandates:

1. Run the technology Lead the technology backbone across both businesses - Factory 54’s omni-channel platform (Shopify Plus, ERP, PIM, POS, payments, integrations) and Arion Retail Group’s European operations (NetSuite, Cegid, expansion infrastructure). Ensure security, reliability, and performance at scale: the platform must run flawlessly so the business can move fast.

2. Win with AI Build and lead our AI and data strategy across personalization, merchandising, supply chain, customer experience, and operational intelligence. Make data the operating system of the business.

3. Build new things Lead F54 AI Labs as a venture inside the group - defining what we build, who we hire, and how it scales. The scope is intentionally open: depending on your background, AI Labs may report directly to you, sit under a co-founder you help us recruit, or grow into your primary mandate. The structure flexes to the strengths of the right person - that flexibility is by design.

What You Will Own

Platform & Transformation

• Lead the strategic partnership and joint development behind Factory 54’s Shopify Plus platform - directing the implementation partners and internal owners (engineering, PIM, frontend, integrations) through the July 2026 go-live, and driving the platform’s continued development well beyond launch
• Own the technology roadmap across both businesses: ERP evolution, e-commerce architecture, POS strategy, payment infrastructure, integrations
• Ensure operational excellence - scalability, uptime, security, performance - especially for our 92% mobile-first luxury customer

AI, Data & Product

• Define and execute the company’s AI strategy across both customer-facing and operational use cases
• Build the data foundation: warehouse architecture, governance, BI, and real-time intelligence (including Nexite store-level data)
• Lead F54 AI Labs product development: personalization engines, AI styling, post-purchase engagement, and emerging product concepts
• Make generative AI a core operating capability across the group’s business verticals

European Expansion

• Partner with Arion Retail Group’s leadership on the technology infrastructure required to support the 10-14 country roadmap
• Build the AI Executive Command Center, connecting NetSuite, Cegid, and operational data into real-time decision intelligence

Team & Organization

• Lead and grow the engineering, AI/data, IT, and product teams across Israel and Europe
• Build the right balance of internal capability and external partnerships
• Establish a modern engineering culture: product mindset, velocity, quality, security

The non-negotiables

• 7+ years in technology leadership, with meaningful experience at the executive or senior VP level
• Deep operational experience at a company of comparable complexity: large customer base, rich behavioral data, multi-channel commerce, multi-country operations. Premium retail, marketplaces, fashion e-commerce, or consumer platforms preferred
• Production AI experience - you have shipped AI/ML systems that mattered to revenue, not just experimented with them
• Track record of platform-scale transformation (commerce platform migration, ERP overhaul, or equivalent)
• Genuine business orientation - you can sit in a merchandising review or a board meeting and add value in both
