The Role - Compliance, Operations  & Reporting 

This is a critical role focused on ensuring the accuracy, structure, and consistency that form the foundation of our investor relationships.

You will serve as the backbone of the IR department, ensuring that our data is flawless, our legal processes are compliant, and our reporting is surgical. While this is a dedicated Investor Relations role, you will work in high synchronization with our Finance and Legal teams. This proximity provides a unique window into how the fund operates, thinks, and makes decisions. It is an ideal role for a resourceful professional who thrives in "deep work" and wants to understand the foundational mechanics of Venture Capital from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Synchronization: Work closely with the Finance and Legal teams to ensure IR data is perfectly aligned with fund accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Data & CRM Stewardship: Full ownership of the CRM and other BI systems. You will ensure the pipeline is clean, up-to-date, and that all investor touchpoints are captured with precision.
• Reporting Accuracy: Preparing and auditing investor reports. You will cross-reference multiple data sources to ensure 100% consistency across all fund metrics.
• Legal & Regulatory Support: Managing the heavy lifting of investor onboarding (KYC/AML), legal documentation, and compliance tracking. You will be a key point of contact for investor administrative and back-office teams.
• Operational Execution: Managing the "closing of loops" for all investor inquiries, ensuring highly responsive and accurate communication.

Qualifications

• We value diverse backgrounds and experiences. What matters most is your ability to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
• 1-3 years of experience in a high-accuracy environment: Fund Administration, Legal (Paralegal), Audit, or Finance Operations.
• A strong interest in VC and investments, with a drive to research and understanding market trends
• Advanced Excel skills and experience managing CRM or BI platforms. You use tools to enhance your accuracy, not as a shortcut for critical thinking.
• Proven ability to independently manage long-term workflows alongside urgent, short-term tasks.
• Native-level English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required for dealing with international legal and investor standards.
