We’re looking for a CRM Implementation Specialist to join a growing tech company working with business clients.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time CRM Implementation Specialist to join our team in Givatayim. In this on-site role, the specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing CRM systems to optimize business processes. Key tasks include analyzing client requirements, developing and documenting implementation plans, training team members, and ensuring the CRM system effectively supports customer relationship goals. Collaboration with the sales team and providing ongoing CRM support are essential components of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and their implementation
• Strong Analytical Skills with a proven ability to assess and improve processes
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration
• Experience or knowledge in Sales-related activities and supporting sales team objectives
• Effective Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor CRM-related projects
• Ability to work on-site in Givatayim and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Prior experience in CRM setup, customization, or sales-focused roles is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred

• Implement and onboard an innovative CRM system for B2B clients
• Train and support new and existing customers
• Perform functional testing of the system (no coding required)
• Create user guides and training materials
• Work closely with the Development, Support, and Sales teams

• Experience implementing information systems / CRM systems – חובה
• Strong technical orientation and systems thinking
• Fast learner with high attention to detail and independence
• Client-facing experience – advantage
• Bachelor’s degree – required

• Full-time position: 9AM–6PM
• Office-based role (non-hybrid)
