We build autonomous navigation software for UAVs operating in GPS-denied environments.

Our systems are deployed in the field by defense and HLS customers around the world.

We are a small, energetic team at Sightec, based in Ramat Gan. Fast-moving, hands-on, and genuinely passionate about what we do.

Position

We are looking for a Finance and Operations professional who is hands-on, curious, and feels at home in a startup environment where things move fast and every day looks different.

This role is all about execution. Reporting to the CFO, you will support core financial processes while playing an active role in the day-to-day flow of the business. Invoices, supplier negotiations, grant submissions, inventory tracking, contract management and everything in between. The work you do here actually matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CFO in core financial operations, including cost tracking, pricing support, budgets, and ongoing financial workflows
• Build and maintain financial tracking models and operational reporting
• Prepare and manage documentation for grants and funding applications
• Lead hardware procurement, including supplier sourcing, negotiations, payments, and ongoing relationship management
• Manage hardware inventory and ensure availability for operations and sales
• Manage contracts with customers and suppliers
• Work with regulatory bodies and support compliance processes
• Support after-sales operations and customer needs
• Drive day-to-day execution across financial and operational processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken - a must
• New immigrants: minimum 5 years in Israel
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a hands-on Finance & Operations or Business Operations role within a small tech company or startup - a must
• Strong financial orientation with hands-on experience in financial workflows, budgeting, or cost tracking - a must
• Strong Excel skills, advanced level required
• Experience working with regulatory bodies and compliance requirements
• Experience preparing documents, reports, or grant submissions
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing accuracy
• Able to work independently, take ownership, and figure things out in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with hardware, robotics, UAV, or defense environments
• Background in supply chain or logistics
