Client Account Manager

The Immigration Department at Yair David Law Office is recruiting an Account Manager to manage and oversee the regulation of work permits and residency visas for foreign workers in Israel. The role entails maintaining continuous engagement with clients, primarily large corporations and employers, alongside navigating bureaucratic processes with state authorities both domestically and internationally. This position requires a high level of precision, personal responsibility, and a comprehensive understanding of official procedural frameworks.

• End-to-end management of client portfolios vis-à-vis state authorities
• Collecting, reviewing, and structuring documentation required to secure work permits and residency visas for the employees of the firm's clients
• Ongoing and professional interaction with the Population and Immigration Authority, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and other governmental bodies
• Updating clients regarding the progress of their cases, responding to inquiries, and upholding a high, representative standard of service
• Operating the firm's information systems, monitoring progress, and exercising timeline control across the various stages of case management

• Prior experience in account management. Professional experience in a legal environment or familiarity with immigration protocols constitutes a significant advantage
• Full proficiency in English and Hebrew, with an emphasis on formal and articulate expression, both written and verbal
• Meticulous organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently on a multitude of concurrent cases
• Ability to function effectively under high-volume workloads and adhere to strict deadlines
