DevOps Team Lead | Cloud & AI Infrastructure

We are recruiting for a strong, hands-on DevOps Team Lead for a FinOps services company working with a variety of enterprise and startup customers.

This is a high-impact technical leadership role that combines hands-on engineering, cloud architecture, and customer-facing work in complex production environments.

About the Role

You will lead a small DevOps / Cloud engineering team while remaining deeply hands-on across multiple customer environments.

The company operates as an end-to-end FinOps Managed Services provider, focusing on cloud optimization, automation, and engineering excellence.

This role blends engineering leadership, customer engagement, and innovation, with a strong focus on automation, AI-driven solutions, and scalable cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small DevOps / Cloud engineering team (3–4 engineers)
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise and startup customers
• Work hands-on with Kubernetes and AWS environments
• Build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud optimization solutions
• Engage directly with customers and technical stakeholders
• Drive innovation in AI, automation, and cloud engineering
• Troubleshoot and support complex production systems

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience
• Strong experience with Kubernetes – MUST
• Experience with AWS or Azure
• GCP experience – advantage
• Strong scripting and automation skills
• Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
• Solid engineering background (development experience – advantage)
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• High ownership, problem-solving mindset
• Interest in AI, automation, and cloud innovation

Leadership experience is a plus, but not mandatory – strong technical leadership is key.
