:Key Responsibilities

Analyze and understand complex research problems in the field of performance analysis

Adapt research and simulation tools to fit specific problem domains

Conduct end-to-end performance research and derive actionable insights

Present research findings and conclusions to internal and external stakeholders

Build and maintain working relationships with project teams and customers, ensuring continuous collaboration

:Requirements

B.Sc. in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Software Engineering

M.Sc. in one of the above fields – an advantage

Experience in performance research within the defense sector – an advantage

Military background, particularly in combat roles – an advantage

Proficiency in data analysis tools and/or development environments (e.g., Python, MATLAB) – an advantage

High level of English proficiency

Strong teamwork skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to present findings clearly
