We are looking for a Data Migration & Master Data Coordinator to join Tnuva’s “Designing the Future” ERP implementation program. The role focuses on leading data migration processes, ensuring high‑quality master data, and supporting the successful adoption of the new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end data migration from multiple source systems into the new ERP.
Build and manage load templates and data structures.
Perform data cleansing: identify gaps, duplicates, inconsistencies, and standardize master data.
Extract and analyze data using advanced SQL and create complex reports.
Conduct data quality checks throughout migration cycles and resolve discrepancies.
Work with data migration tools (LSMW, LTMC, etc.).
Collaborate with ERP teams and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
Work extensively with advanced Excel functions and large datasets.
Document processes, data specifications, and work guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Economics / Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems).
3+ years of experience in data migration / data cleansing / data analysis – strong advantage.
Experience in Master Data roles within SAP environments – significant advantage.
High proficiency in Excel and SQL – required.
Familiarity with data migration tools (LSMW, LTMC) – advantage.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
Excellent English skills.
Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple interfaces.
