This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Go Backend Engineer, based in Herzliya. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining efficient backend systems and APIs using the Go programming language. You will contribute to software architecture, optimize performance, and ensure security and scalability. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will also guide and mentor junior developers while participating in code reviews and troubleshooting to maintain high software quality standards.

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Strong expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Programming with a focus on Go
• Knowledge of Front-End Development and ability to collaborate with front-end teams
• Ability to design scalable, reliable, and secure applications
• Experience with code reviews and mentoring junior developers
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices is a plus
