Talent Solutions is recruiting a Technology Sourcing Specialist for IAI
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates via social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, job fairs)
- Posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms
- Screening résumés according to job requirements
- Conducting in-depth phone interviews to assess candidate suitability, including writing evaluations
- Collaborating with multiple interfaces and teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a similar field) – an advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in technology sourcing
- Previous experience in technology recruitment, including using advanced search techniques such as Boolean searches on LinkedIn – mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, for conducting initial candidate interviews
- Ability to multitask effectively
