We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead to establish and drive the quality engineering practices across our platform. You will be responsible for defining QA processes, improving release quality, building scalable testing workflows, and guiding developers in maintaining high engineering standards. You will work closely with our development teams in a highly collaborative environment where developers are also responsible for testing and quality ownership. The role combines strategic QA leadership with hands-on testing and automation management.

• Define and lead the company’s QA strategy, methodologies, and best practices
• Build scalable QA workflows and gates integrated into the development lifecycle
• Establish testing standards for frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
• Own release quality processes, regression strategy, and production validation workflows
• Work closely with developers to improve test coverage and quality ownership
• Guide engineers on testing approaches, automation practices, and edge-case validation
• Perform hands-on manual and automated testing
• Manage the automated testing infrastructure and CI-integrated quality gates
• Improve observability, bug tracking, root-cause analysis, and incident prevention processes
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure high-quality feature delivery
• Continuously improve development workflows, release confidence, and platform stability

• 6+ years of experience in QA, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering roles
• Experience leading QA processes and practices in SaaS or startup environments
• Strong understanding of modern QA methodologies, automation strategies, and SDLC processes
• Hands-on experience testing complex web applications, APIs, and distributed systems
• Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend architectures
• Ability to work closely with developers in a shared quality ownership model
• Experience writing automated tests using modern tooling and scripting languages
• Familiarity with cloud environments, Docker, and modern deployment workflows
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in AdTech or a high-growth startup environment is a strong advantage
