Full Stack Team Lead

A multidisciplinary defense technology and aerospace cybersecurity company that develops automated anti-drone protection systems for global airspace security.

Founded nearly a decade ago, the company operates as an independent business unit following its strategic acquisition, maintaining its core research and development center with over a hundred employees in Israel.

The company is located in Tel Aviv (train-accessible) and operates on a hybrid model of one day office-based.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing, hiring, and providing day-to-day management for a new full-stack engineering team.
• Designing and implementing balanced frontend and backend features for complex, mission-critical systems.
• Owning end-to-end delivery pipelines, code review standards, and agile development processes.
• Collaborating closely with Product Management, UX designers, and parallel R&D groups to define technical roadmaps.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience, spanning at least two distinct management tenures (Mandatory).
• 7+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack software engineering, maintaining a balanced distribution across both tiers (Mandatory).
• Production-grade development proficiency using Python and React (Mandatory).
• Practical experience working with MongoDB databases.
• Strong technical background operating within Linux environments.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) or on-premises software deployments is an advantage.
