Head of Development – Full Stack & AI

We are looking for a Head of Development – a true technological leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, who can take full ownership of our development domain, lead a talented team, and drive technological innovation in a modern cloud environment.

This is not just a management role – it’s a hands-on leadership position. You will write code, define architecture, and inspire people.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development domain end-to-end – from architecture definition to production delivery
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, including guidance, coaching, and goal setting
• Drive technical planning processes and collaborate closely with senior leadership
• Define and enforce coding standards, development processes, and conduct code reviews
• Own and oversee cloud infrastructure
• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead new technological initiatives, with a focus on operational efficiency and revenue growth through automation and AI-driven solutions
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing software development teams
• Proven experience in Full Stack development (Frontend & Backend)
• Strong experience working with cloud environments (services, deployment, security, operations)
• Excellent interpersonal skills – communication, influence, listening, and teamwork
• Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, accountable, and confident decision-maker
• Proven ability in technical leadership (architecture, building engineering culture)
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
