DevOps Engineer 234407

A successful, fast-growing high-tech company in the field of facial recognition is looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join its team and play a key role in building and scaling a cutting-edge cloud platform.

What You’ll Do

• Design, automate, and manage a complex, multi-region AWS infrastructure using Terraform (build, maintain, and optimize)
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams on architecture design, resource planning, feature requests, and root cause analysis to ensure reliable and efficient product delivery
• Serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and incident resolution in a production environment with microservices, EKS, and IoT Greengrass
• Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for controlled, auditable Kubernetes deployments
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, including automated versioning and promotion across environments (Dev, Staging, Production)
• Implement and manage high-performance, scalable service solutions, including advanced load balancing, auto-scaling, and service discovery

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer / similar infrastructure-focused role
• Proven experience working closely with development teams on design, troubleshooting, and ongoing support
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex distributed systems
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, especially: EKS, EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM
• Experience with AWS IoT services (Greengrass, IoT Core) and infrastructure for connected devices
• Proven experience with Terraform for production infrastructure as code
• Strong experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
• Hands-on experience with GitOps principles and tools, especially ArgoCD
• Experience implementing and managing monitoring and observability systems (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Deep operational knowledge of Kubernetes (cluster management, networking, scaling microservices)
• Experience supporting high-availability, high-performance production systems
• Solid experience with multi-region architecture and deployment strategies
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)
