Laboratory Operations & Testing Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Laboratory Operations & Testing Manager to take ownership of lab operations, infrastructure, testing activities, and validation processes within a dynamic technology environment.

This role combines operational responsibility with deep hands-on technical involvement, including lab setup, equipment management, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing infrastructure support.

Responsibilities:

• Own laboratory operations, infrastructure, equipment, and day-to-day readiness
• Perform hands-on testing, measurements, validation, and troubleshooting activities
• Build, set up, and maintain lab environments, test stations, and technical infrastructure
• Lead laboratory move and setup activities, including building and establishing new lab facilities from scratch
• Manage lab equipment installation, calibration, maintenance, and operational processes
• Support root-cause analysis, debugging, and correlation activities
• Work closely with engineering, validation, operations, FAEs, and external vendors
• Ensure proper lab organization, safety, documentation, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in laboratory operations, testing, validation, or related technical environments
• Proven experience leading laboratory move/setup projects and building lab environments from scratch – mandatory
• Strong hands-on technical capabilities with lab equipment, setups, and board-level work
• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• High level of ownership, independence, and operational mindset
• Ability to manage both operational and technical aspects simultaneously
• Fluent English – mandatory
