This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tel Aviv-Yafo for a Purchasing Assistant. The primary responsibilities include managing purchase orders, supporting procurement activities, maintaining records of purchasing transactions, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will also collaborate with vendors, track shipments, and assist in optimizing the purchasing processes.

• Experience handling Purchase Orders and related documentation
• Excellent Communication and team collaboration skills
• High-level organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant computer systems or procurement tools
• Previous experience in purchasing or procurement roles is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage
