Indirect Procurement Buyer

NVIDIA (Networking Business Unit) is looking for a bright, focused, analytical and motivated Purchasing buyer to join the indirect procurement team. NVIDIA Networking division is a leading supplier of innovative end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for servers and storage. We offer market-leading solutions that include adapter cards, switches, cables, and software to support networking technologies. Our products optimize data Center performance and deliver industry-leading bandwidth and scalability, including high performance computing, enterprise, data centers, cloud computing, Web 2.0. What You Will Be Doing

• Complete day-to-day procure-to-pay transactions for indirect purchases.
• Negotiate cost and terms to ensure efficient procurement.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and timelines, ensuring seamless operations.
• Ensure a flawless supply chain by tracking deliveries, processing returns, and expediting orders as necessary.
• Ensuring all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  
  

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant procurement experience in a high-paced environment.
• Proven self-starter with excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. English proficiency required.
• Strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Experience with SAP, DocuSign, Coupa, or other procurement tools is highly preferred.
  
  

• Working with a global based community, experience working in high pressure settings, successful time management, ability to manage and prioritize large email volume.
