We are looking for a talented Backend Developer & DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team.

The role combines backend development with infrastructure and cloud responsibilities, focusing on scalable systems, performance, and modern cloud-based architectures.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building reliable backend services while also taking ownership of deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system operations.

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using modern technologies.
• Design and optimize distributed system architectures with high availability and performance in mind.
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS environments.
• Work with messaging and caching technologies such as Kafka and Redis.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product, frontend, AI, and infrastructure teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and observability.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.

• At least 2 years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Experience working with Kafka and Redis.
• Experience developing APIs and backend services.
• Experience working with AWS infrastructure and services.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD processes, and cloud deployments.
• Understanding of scalable architectures, microservices, and system performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently and manage technical tasks end-to-end.

• Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration tools.
• Experience with Node.js backend frameworks.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and production environments.
• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Knowledge of databases and distributed systems design.
