We are looking for a passionate Junior AI Developer to join our team and help build innovative AI-driven solutions for automation, analytics, and intelligent business processes.

• Design and implement AI-based solutions to support automation, analytics, and decision-making use cases.
• Develop and integrate machine-learning or generative-AI components into existing systems and workflows.
• Work closely with data engineers, security teams, and platform owners to translate real business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Build prototypes and lightweight production solutions with a strong focus on clarity, reliability, and maintainability.
• Explore and apply modern AI frameworks, tools, and best practices, with an emphasis on responsible and secure usage.
• Contribute to technical documentation, design discussions, and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or similar) – mandatory.
• At least 1 year of software development experience – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience developing AI / machine-learning solutions in practical or production-like environments.
• Strong Python skills and experience working with data processing or ML libraries.
• Familiarity with integrating AI components with APIs, databases, and existing systems.
• Understanding of model lifecycle considerations such as experimentation, evaluation, and versioning.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or modern AI tooling.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
