Comblack is hiring a VP Product !

This role includes strategic responsibility for more than 10 complex core projects, defining work methodologies, and direct management of a Product Management team. The position combines building and managing product roadmaps, prioritizing requirements מול stakeholders, and defining KPIs and metrics to ensure maximum value for both the organization and end users.

What are we looking for?

10+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 6 years managing complex products
Proven experience building large-scale multi-user SaaS products within global technology companies.
At least 3 years of direct team management experience (managing managers), overseeing a team of at least 5 Product/Project Managers.
Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap management, and prioritization within complex organizations.
Proven experience defining KPIs and product success metrics, while working closely with Development and UI/UX teams.
Significant advantage for candidates with experience in government, finance, or procurement domains.
