IT Project Portfolio Manager

COMBLACK is hiring an IT Project Portfolio Manager

This is a great opportunity to lead the IT division’s project portfolio, connect business needs with strategic goals, and play a key role in planning, governance, and execution across large-scale technological initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the IT project portfolio

• Lead annual work plan and budget planning processes

• Develop and implement KPIs and governance methodologies

• Work closely with management and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing complex IT projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering & Management

• Experience working in large Enterprise organizations and managing project portfolios

• Strong analytical thinking, system-wide perspective, and ability to work under pressure
