Quality Assurance Manager | Metal Manufacturing Industry | Central Israel

A well-established and stable industrial manufacturing company in the metal industry is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead all quality activities within the plant.

This is a hands-on, independent role reporting directly to the CEO, within a small and professional manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all quality assurance and quality control activities across the plant

• Leading quality processes, inspections, corrective and preventive actions

• Managing quality standards, procedures and documentation

• Conducting internal audits and handling customer/supplier quality matters

• Working closely with production and operations teams to improve processes and product quality

• Managing non-conformance reports and root cause analysis

• Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and manufacturing quality requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager / Quality Manager in manufacturing or metal industry – Mandatory

• Strong knowledge of quality standards, audits and industrial processes

• Hands-on experience in a production environment

• Technical background from metal manufacturing / machining / industrial production – Significant advantage

• Ability to work independently and lead quality processes end-to-end

• Assertive, detail-oriented and highly organized
