Project Manager

Comblack is hiring a Project Manager !

The role includes leading and managing strategic projects in the payroll and HR domains, while driving advanced technological solutions to improve financial and accounting processes. The position combines end-to-end vendor management, complex technological coordination, budget and timeline management, and leading development processes in cloud and large-scale multi-user digital environments.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience managing IT and technology projects.
• At least 2 years of experience managing complex projects involving systems analysis and information systems characterization.
• Proven experience working with large-scale digital systems and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in software testing, defining User Acceptance Tests (UAT), and defect management.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and leading development processes from planning through implementation.
