Tech Lead IOS

COMBLACK is hiring an iOS Mobile Tech Lead

In this role, you will lead the iOS development team from both a technical and architectural perspective, while remaining hands-on in development. The position includes driving technological decisions, improving development processes, ensuring code quality and application performance, and leading production-grade mobile solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the iOS development team technically and professionally

• Drive architectural, technological, and process-related decisions

• Hands-on development using Swift with UIKit / SwiftUI

• Ensure high code quality, performance, security, and user experience

• Lead CI/CD processes, version releases, and production troubleshooting

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in iOS development

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or strong Senior iOS Developer

• Strong expertise in Swift

• Experience with UIKit and/or SwiftUI

• Experience with Mobile Architecture patterns such as MVVM / Clean Architecture

• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and Git

Major advantage:

• Experience in Enterprise or banking environments

• Experience with Core Data / Realm

• Familiarity with Concurrency, Security, Crash Tools, and CI/CD processes
