We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead Android

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

Overall, as a Tech Lead Android you will lead Android development teams, drive architectural decisions, collaborate with multiple teams, and stay hands-on building complex, high-scale systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Android Native development (Kotlin / Java)

• Strong proficiency with Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, ViewModel, LiveData, Data Binding

• Experience working with REST APIs / GraphQL

• Strong understanding of mobile architectures (MVVM / Clean Architecture / MVP)

• Proven experience in technical leadership

• Experience managing development teams (at least 2 years)

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)

• Strong understanding of performance and optimization in mobile apps
