🚀 We’re Hiring: Project & Product Development Manager

A leading company in the field of secure logistics solutions is looking for a Project & Product Development Manager to join a meaningful role with real impact on processes, products, and customer value.

This role is ideal for Industrial Engineering & Management graduates with initial experience in PMO, project management, process improvement, operational projects, or business analysis with a strong operational orientation.

What you’ll do:

You will lead projects end-to-end — from planning, requirement gathering, solution design and characterization, through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.

The role includes connecting customer needs, product capabilities, and business goals, while managing scope, timelines, budgets, tasks, and resources, and working with project management methodologies and tools.

You will also take part in developing new products, processes, and solutions that improve the company’s customer value proposition, including market analysis, identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and evaluating business and economic feasibility.

Key responsibilities:

🔹 Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation

🔹 Define requirements, write specifications, procedures, and process documents

🔹 Map, improve, and optimize operational and business processes

🔹 Support implementations, testing, and change management activities

🔹 Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

🔹 Analyze data, build and track KPIs, and generate actionable insights

🔹 Lead discovery processes to understand customer needs and tailor solutions

Must-have requirements:

✔ B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from a recognized academic institution

✔ High level of English

✔ Strong Excel and MS Office skills, including complex data analysis

✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

✔ Process-oriented mindset and ability to work cross-functionally

✔ Experience writing specifications, procedures, or process mapping documents

Significant advantage:

⭐ Around 3 years of experience in project management

⭐ Experience in process improvement, PMO, product development, or leading operational projects

⭐ Experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, industrial companies, complex services, or multi-interface environments
