AGAT is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer (PSE) / Technical Customer Success Engineer to help drive the adoption of our AI Security Suite — a platform that provides real-time visibility, control, and protection for enterprise AI usage and AI agents across organizations worldwide.
The role focuses on supporting global customers and partners by delivering technical expertise, product demonstrations, and successful Proof of Concepts (POCs) for our AI cybersecurity solutions.
Job Description- Support technical activities throughout the sales process
- Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to the sales team
- Collaborate with product, support, marketing, and sales teams
- Ensure the product effectively addresses customer requirements
- Respond to customer technical inquiries and RFP/RFI requests
- Present technical proposals alongside the sales team
- Execute product demos, evaluations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Strong knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure
- Fluent English — spoken and written
- Hands-on technical experience
- Customer-facing experience
- Experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer and/or Global Technical Support Engineer
The position is based in Jerusalem (Har Hotzvim Hi-Tech Park).
