As a System Administrator at Mer Group, you will join a skilled and collaborative IT team, supporting a diverse and innovative environment

Responsibilities- What You Will do:

• Security Administration: Manage Fortinet solutions ,SentintelOne Edr, NAC solutions, Rapid7 SIEM, Alerts, Software updates, system upgrades & Patching.
• Network Management: Configure and maintain switches and APS
• Microsoft & Cloud Services: Manage Microsoft Azure cloud environment, Microsoft 365, Azure, Defender, Conditional Access, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate
• System Automation: Develop and automate IT processes using PowerShell, Cmd
• Deployment & Endpoint Management: Manage Atera RMM and Intune for software and device management
• Server & Storage Administration: Maintain Windows Server, GPO, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, Certificate Services, and storage systems
• Linux Management: Perform hands-on administration and troubleshooting
• IT Support: Provide high-level technical support

Requirements- What We Are Looking For:

• 5 years of experience as system administrator \ IT specialist
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skils
• Experience managing public cloud environments as AWS \ Azure \ Oracle
• Proficiency in Windows server, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
• Experience in monitoring operating systems and services
• Experience in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Proficiency in scripting, automation, deployment and endpoint management
• Knowledge and experience with backup systems and storage solutions
• Experience Managing Microsoft 365 apps and security solutions, including Microsoft Defender, Conditional access and Microsoft Intune
• Strong hands-on expertise in networking and security systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to write specifications guides and documentation
