Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication. You will also collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and contribute to the resolution of technical challenges with analytical precision.

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve complex client issues
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify problems and implement effective solutions
• Experience in Customer Support and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to guide non-technical users
• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities
• Knowledge of broadcast graphics or broadcast industry is a plus
