Job description

We are looking for a VP Finance who brings strong business judgment, financial rigor, and strategic perspective. This role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into financial plans, provide clarity on performance, and support high-quality decision-making as the company scales.

The ideal candidate combines a hands-on approach with deep experience in SaaS environments, and is comfortable operating across both day-to-day finance and company-level strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Finance & Planning – Lead AOP and 5-year planning processes; translate strategy into financial plans, targets, and resource allocation frameworks.
• Forecasting & Performance Visibility – Own forecasting and reporting with a focus on key SaaS drivers (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, margins); deliver actionable insights on risks and opportunities.
• Fundraising & Investor Support – Lead financial storytelling, model preparation, and diligence processes; partner with the CEO on investor communications and narrative.
• Business Partnership – Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Product, and Delivery; provide financial perspective on pricing, GTM efficiency, and investment decisions.
• Accounting & Financial Operations – Oversee accounting, compliance, controls, AR/AP, payroll, and cash flow management.
• Systems & Data – Deploy and strengthen financial systems and reporting tools; ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
• Team Leadership – Build and lead the finance function; foster a culture of rigor, ownership, and cross-functional partnership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of finance experience, including leadership roles - preferably in a US public company
• Proven experience in SaaS companies with strong understanding of recurring revenue models and metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV) - Must
• Experience supporting or leading fundraising processes
• Strong foundation in FP&A and accounting
• Experience overseeing accounting operations (including AR/AP and close processes)
• Experience leading company-level planning processes (e.g., AOP)
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools within finance processes - automation, forecasting, reporting, or financial analysis
• Experience with FinOps – managing and optimizing cloud or operational costs
• Hands-on, with strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience leading or participating in a financial systems implementation - NetSuite experience is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Cross-border experience
• English bilingual – a major advantage
