The Head of the Data Center Team Lead will oversee and manage the daily operations of the data center, ensuring optimal efficiency and a high standard of service delivery. Key responsibilities include leading a team of technical staff, managing infrastructure and system performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with organizational IT policies and industry standards. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Shoham.

• Strong experience in data center operations, infrastructure management, and system troubleshooting
• Proficiency in communication and data security solutions, telephony technologies, and network architectures
• Leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Efficient problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of IT compliance, best practices, and current industry standards
• Relevant technical certifications and/or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience in the field of outsourcing, business process management, or managed services is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Hebrew is preferred
