We are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join the team at Uvision, a growing defence company located in the Emek Hefer Industrial Area. In this role, you will manage the company’s payroll processes and report directly to the VP Finance.
Job Description:
- Prepare salaries and payroll reports
- Onboard new employees, handle terminations, and manage reserve duty compensations
- Manage social benefits contributions, including coordination with external agents
- Process payments to tax authorities
- Consolidate and generate monthly attendance reports
- Issue pay slips
- Provide employee support on payroll-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and payroll deadlines
Requirements:
- Certified Payroll Accountant certificate
- At least 4 years of experience as a Sole or Head Payroll Accountant
- Proficiency with the “Michpal” payroll system
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Knowledge of HiBoB system - Advantage
- Experience working with National Insurance and Tax Authorities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to track tasks while meeting deadlines
- Understanding of accounting principles as applied to payroll processes
- Bookkeeping certification (at least Level 2) for managing consultants paid by invoice
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and report preparation
- Good command of English – an advantage
