We're looking for an exceptionally sharp operator — someone who doesn't wait for structure to exist before creating it, who turns process and communication into a genuine competitive advantage, and who can walk into ambiguity and walk out with a system that actually works. You'll report directly to the VP of Product and serve as the connective tissue between R&D and the rest of the organization. This is a role for someone who builds things alone, makes them stick, and moves on to the next problem.

What you'll own

• R&D alignment & execution infrastructure Be the single point of truth for what's happening across all product lines. Own the planning cycles, prioritization processes, backlog governance, and roadmap cadences that keep R&D moving with clarity and minimal friction. Know the status, dependencies, and decisions in flight at any given moment — and make sure product managers and engineering are always aligned on priorities and next steps.
• Operating rhythm & KPI alignment Design and run the Product team's operating system: planning cycles, KPI tracking, stage gates, retrospectives, and cross-functional ceremonies. Build the standardized frameworks — checklists, lifecycle templates, deliverable standards — that raise execution quality across the org.
• GTM communication & enablement Build and own the communication bridge between R&D and go-to-market teams. Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing each need different things from Product — you'll make sure they have them. Structured visibility into what's coming, a reliable channel for questions about progress, and knowledge packaged for the function receiving it.
• Tooling, templates & AI-powered productivity Create and maintain the tooling infrastructure the team runs on — Jira, Confluence, and whatever comes next. Build scalable feedback intake and triage workflows that keep customer and market input flowing into planning. Identify and deploy AI tools that meaningfully boost PM productivity, including purpose-built GPTs for discovery, competitive analysis, planning, and communications.
• Special projects & first-of-a-kind initiatives When something is novel, cross-functional, or being done for the first time, you'll take it end to end. These are the projects that don't fit neatly into anyone's lane — and that's exactly why they're yours.
  
  

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience building operational systems, execution infrastructure, or program management frameworks — in tech, industrial engineering, methods & organization, or structured project management .
• A track record of designing processes and frameworks from scratch getting them adopted, and knowing they made a huge difference in how people work.
• A natural air traffic controller: able to hold many threads simultaneously without losing the plot.
• Hands-on with planning and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent) and a builder of templates and workflows people actually use.
• Curious about AI tools and how they can make teams faster and sharper.
• Strong cross-functional instincts — you translate fluently between engineering, product, and commercial teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; you make complex situations readable.
• High ownership, low ego. You don't need a team around you to make things happen.

You'll own product execution across Eleos's core markets and mature product lines — the areas that drive our business today — while simultaneously building the frameworks and foundations that will carry us into our next phase. You'll manage a team of Product Managers, report directly to the VP of Product, and be a key member of the product leadership staff.

What this role demands is rare: someone who can hold deep context across multiple product lines without losing the thread, make crisp decisions under uncertainty, drive flawless execution, while developing the team to next level of professionalism.

What you'll own

• Execution ownership across core product lines Own the roadmap, priorities, and delivery quality across your product group. You drive clarity on what matters and why — and you make sure the team executes against it with discipline. You catch slippage before it becomes a problem and hold a high bar without micromanaging.
• Decision-making & prioritization You make the call. You synthesize customer feedback, business goals, technical constraints, and market signals into clear, defensible decisions — and you communicate them in ways that build alignment. You're not a bottleneck. You're the person who unblocks everyone else.
• People leadership & PM development Manage and actively develop a team of Product Managers. You coach them on the craft — discovery, prioritization, writing, stakeholder management — and you hold them to a standard that makes them grow. Your PMs become better product managers because they worked for you.
• Cross-functional credibility Show up as a genuine peer to engineering and design leaders — technically fluent, consistent, and reliable. You build trust through follow-through and good judgment. R&D partners seek your input because your track record has earned it.
• Strategic product growth initiatives Beyond running the core, you'll lead select initiatives that define the next chapter of Eleos. You bring the same rigor and ownership to greenfield work as you do to mature product lines — and you build the frameworks and product thinking that outlast any single initiative.
• Customer-centric decision making Collect and synthesize feedback from customers and stakeholders to keep product decisions grounded in real needs. Balance short-term wins with long-term innovation, and ensure that every product effort connects back to the people we're ultimately here to serve.
  
  

What we're looking for

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years managing PMs — at a company navigating real scale and complexity.
• Direct experience in a multi-product or multi-market environment: you understand what makes a company successful when expanding in multiple directions at once, and you know how to keep execution tight through it.
• A proven decision-maker — people who have worked with you would describe you as someone who cuts through noise, calls it clearly, and moves.
• Execution discipline that others can feel: you track what's in flight, you know when something is off before it surfaces, and your team always knows where the bar is.
• Technical fluency that earns genuine respect from engineering leaders.
• A natural coach whose PMs develop in ways they can point to.
• Highly independent — you take the brief and run, and the people above you can trust you with the complexity.
• Comfortable holding both mature execution and early-stage strategic work in the same week without losing quality on either.
• Exceptional product sense, with the ability to balance strategic vision and execution details.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared goals.
