We are looking for a visionary Head of Software Engineering to lead our growing R&D organization.

You will oversee multiple in-house and partner teams, architecting the platforms that power our edge-AI systems and driving technical excellence across the board.

What will You Do?

• Lead & Scale: Direct all software development activities across internal and external teams, ensuring high velocity, innovation, and alignment with business goals.
• Own the Architecture: Define the technical roadmap from the embedded edge (C++/Python) to the backend cloud services.
• Mentor & Inspire: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Enforce Standards: Establish "Best-in-Class" development practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control strategies, and automated testing.
• Bridge the Gap: Collaborate closely with Product and QA teams to translate customer use cases into seamless, production-ready solutions.
• Stay Hands-On: Act as a pragmatic leader who can dive into complex design problems while maintaining a high-level strategic view.

What will You Bring?

• Proven Leadership: 7+ years in software development with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
• Tech Mastery: Deep knowledge of C++ and Python, with a solid understanding of distributed systems.
• Domain Expertise (Big Plus): Background in real-time or Computer Vision applications (DeepStream, OpenCV, TensorRT, or similar).
• Multi-Team Experience: Proven track record managing internal teams alongside offshore or partner R&D units.
• Strategic Execution: A "get-it-done" mentality—you know how to balance long-term technical debt with short-term delivery needs.
• Communication: The ability to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders across the organization.
