Driving Revenue Growth & Strategic Client Expansion
As a Client Partner, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and expanding Aleph’s footprint in Israel, directly contributing to revenue generation, portfolio expansion, and long-term strategic client partnerships.
This is a revenue-driven, commercially focused role responsible for owning a book of business, identifying new growth opportunities, and positioning Aleph as a strategic partner within the digital advertising ecosystem.

Revenue Growth & Portfolio Expansion
- Own and grow a dedicated book of business, driving revenue and achieving defined sales KPIs
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline, executing disciplined sales routines
- Identify, acquire, and grow export-focused clients, supporting their expansion into international markets through digital advertising solutions
- Position Aleph as a strategic digital partner to agencies and direct clients
- Advise clients on international scaling strategies, leveraging platforms like Pinterest to reach global audiences
- Lead commercial conversations around performance, investment, and growth opportunities
- Deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and commercial strategies aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate with Client Solutions Managers, tech, and support teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Monitor market trends and proactively unlock new business opportunities
- Contribute to scalable best practices that drive sustainable growth across markets
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, business development, or commercial account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Experience working with export-driven businesses or international market expansion strategies is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing ecosystems
- Experience managing structured sales pipelines and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Fluency in English
- Experience working with agencies or enterprise-level advertisers
- Experience selling performance-driven digital solutions
