Role Description

We are looking to add a full-time Investment Analyst to our team. This is an on-site role based in Herzliya.

The analyst will be responsible for generating new investment ideas, conducting deep-dive company and industry research, reading filings, building financial models, preparing investment memos, and supporting the investment process across both long and short opportunities. The role will also involve analyzing management incentives, corporate governance, capital allocation, balance sheets, and shareholder returns, as well as engaging with company management and investor relations teams where relevant.

This is a hands-on role in a small investment team, with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the investment process from day one.

• Ability to read filings, annual reports, and company disclosures in depth

• Strong work ethic and ability to operate in a small, hands-on investment team

• Prior buy-side or sell-side equity research experience

•  Strong English-language skills

• CFA progress or completion would be an advantage
