Procurement Buyer

Leading industrial company in the Sharon area is seeking an experienced Procurement Buyer to join its engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes – from tender stage through contract execution, including work with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Lead commercial negotiations to achieve optimal terms, streamline processes, and reduce costs.

• Work closely with internal interfaces such as Engineering, Finance, and Legal, as well as with external stakeholders.

• Conduct supplier and subcontractor evaluations and audits, including performance tracking and compliance with standards.

• Perform commercial and technical analysis of supplier proposals to support optimal procurement decisions.

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree – mandatory | Technical/Engineering background – significant advantage

• 3+ years of experience as a Procurement Buyer in a medium or large industrial organization – mandatory

• Experience in a global organization – advantage

• Strong understanding of procurement processes, negotiations, and commercial analysis

• High level of English – mandatory
