Nayax Retail is a dynamic division of Nayax- leading retail and hospitality POS solution company, offering a wide range of products- from smart cash registers to CRM an ERP software- all the way through to payments and customer loyalty. Our platform serves businesses of all sizes, from independent retailers to global Tier 1 brands, helping them streamline operations and scale with confidence.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Telemarketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, promote our innovative solutions, and drive sales growth in the Israeli market.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients
• Present and sell Nayax Retail’s products and services
• Manage the full sales conversation and close deals
• Coordinate meetings for field sales representatives
• Provide guidance and support to new customers
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Work with CRM systems to manage leads and track activity
  
  

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Previous telemarketing / call center experience – mandatory
• Strong sales, communication, and persuasion skills
• Experience working with targets and KPIs
• High motivation, energy, and results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and computer tools
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hebrew (English – advantage)
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
